Now at 3 months it's okay, though we still use the head support. In my maxi cosi the head and the seat block were connected with velcro. I took the block when the DS was about 4 months, but I still use the headline at 6 months. I pulled it out very early as dd3 used to cry and I always turned my face to it, which seemed really uncomfortable. She was much happier without her. Balletmum, dd3 is 18 weeks and I think I pulled it out at least 10 weeks ago. I just put the car seat a little further away so your head wouldn't get to the side!
